From my very first Supervisor job at the UNM Lobo Football games at just 20 years old… To now at 37, running today’s game with my own company, Schimmel Security.

It’s surreal to come full circle —- walking the same sidelines, but this time a team I built from the ground up. What was once stepping stone in my career has become a milestone in my journey.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for the people who have supported me along the way, and excited for everything still ahead.
